Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of system architecture (microservices, distributed systems).
• roadmap definition and capability building.
• Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.).
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency in database performance tuning (SQL & NoSQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of networking concepts (latency, throughput, protocols).
