Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in SAP Service Management is Service Management Suite specialization is a must-have.Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.Experience configuring enterprise structure and site/location-specific settings.Hands-on experience with manual configuration activities in SAP Public Cloud.Strong understanding of SAP Service Management business processes.Experience working on SAP Public Cloud implementation/configuration projects.Good understanding of SAP integration and end-to-end business processes.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience with testing, defect management, and production support.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
