Technology Consultant - Consultant / Senior Consultant Dublin Working with an amazing client who would like to hire a Senior Consultant / Consultant to join their technical consulting team. You will be working in a busy Technology Transformation team collaborating with a diverse group of Technology Consultants on transformation projects across various domains, including Payments, Banking & Credit, Digital & Channels, and Finance & Technology Enabled Delivery. This would suit an experience consultant who has worked in a consultancy environment previously with strong client interaction & successful delivery. A Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM. Technology Certifications). A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or IT advisory, with exposure to consulting or leadership roles. Experience and/or exposure to one or more of the following products nCino, Finacle, Temenos, Salesforce, Algo Product Suite, FIS, Finastra, Dovetail, Microsoft Dynamics or similar products Experience working with a top consulting firm. Proven track record in delivery & transformation for financial services organisations. Deep interest in financial services and the relating technologies and trends relevant to this sector; banking, insurance, wealth & asset management and fintech As a consultant you will have strong commercial experience in problem solving, based on interactions with business leaders to understand their technology challenges and objectives. Helping tailor solutions that meet client goals and provide measurable benefits. Engaging with FS clients to understand their business needs, define requirements, and analyse complex processes to implement effective solutions. Developing and prioritising change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them. Creating supporting design documentation such as process maps, decision papers, customer journey artefacts, and business cases. Acting as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with technology/business strategy. Working with Product Owners and Scrum team members to drive requirements user stories through the full delivery lifecycle design, build, test, and deploy.
