Program Manager, Talent Management
Remote
We’re looking for a Program Manager, Talent Management to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise talent programs — including Performance Management and Talent Reviews. In this role, you’ll lead the launch, training, communication, and support for our annual performance review cycle, 2027 goal‑setting process, and company-wide talent review initiatives. You’ll use strong project management, communication, and relationship‑building skills to drive adoption of talent processes and deliver consistent, scalable solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing talent management programs through process design, training/resource development, and user support.
- Lead the creation of all supporting materials: communications, training content, toolkits, and change‑management plans.
- Use multiple communication channels to build manager and employee capability around Talent Management processes.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure talent strategies align with broader organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Technology teams to optimize systems (including Oracle HCM) supporting talent processes.
- Provide guidance and customer support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to measure program effectiveness, analyze talent data, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED + 2 years relevant experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise talent programs (Performance Management, Talent Reviews)
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle HCM
