Job Description

Sr. ScrumMaster

Bethesda, MD-Hybrid-3 Days

Very Long-Term Contract

Requisitions:

  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies, mitigating blockers, and collaborating with Product Owners to execute sprints within Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks across their product portfolios.
  • Run daily scrums (stand-ups), sprint planning, execution reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively unblock barriers and manage dependencies to keep delivery teams moving.
  • Hands-on experience using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Clarity, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Preferred credentials include Scrum Alliance certifications (CSM, CSP) or PMI-ACP
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters to foster continuous improvement.
