Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Engineer / EUC Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM imaging, and end-user computing support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Windows device imaging, provisioning, deployment, troubleshooting, hardware support, endpoint enrollment, and enterprise device refresh/migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 imaging and deployment issues.
• Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot SCCM/MECM Task Sequence and OS deployment issues.
• Perform device provisioning, rebuilds, refreshes, replacements, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, docking stations, peripherals, and other endpoint hardware.
• Troubleshoot Intune device enrollment, compliance, configuration, and policy issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployment issues, including ESP, Hybrid Join, and Azure AD/Entra ID Join scenarios.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 desktop and EUC support.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for replacement and warranty-related activities.
• Support software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration management.
• Maintain imaging standards, deployment documentation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams on endpoint-related activities.
• Support enterprise device migration, refresh, replacement, and cutover projects.
• Travel to client/customer sites as required for deployment and cutover activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting.
• Good experience with SCCM/MECM OS Deployment and Task Sequence troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience with Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
• Knowledge of Intune endpoint compliance and configuration policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and laptop hardware.
• Experience with device replacement and user data migration.
• Understanding of Group Policy and endpoint security fundamentals.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at client/customer locations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Experience with application packaging and software deployment.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.
• Experience with enterprise device refresh, migration, and cutover projects.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Administrator certification
• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• SCCM/MECM-related certifications

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on EUC/Imaging Engineer who can independently manage Windows imaging, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, endpoint troubleshooting, and device deployment activities while working directly with customers and traveling to client sites when required.
