Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer- F2F Interview

Duration: 6 months + (possible conversion to FTE)
Interview Process (how many rounds and any details) - 3 total rounds plus an exercise. 1st round interview – then exercise to be completed within 5 days of interview, then after review of exercise, 2nd round and a final round (one of the last 2 rounds will be on-site)

Top Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines
• AWS Cloud experience is a must have
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Experience designing and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines
• AWS Cloud experience is a must have
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Experience designing and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability best practices
• Strong scripting and automation skills for operational efficiency
• Experience working with security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across distributed systems
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams
• Financial services experience preferred, especially within the mortgage industry
