Job Description

Are you passionate about technologies, looking for a General Manager position and open to the opportunity to work at the flagship store?

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the overall performance, people and operation of Samsung KX — a flagship destination bringing together retail experience, customer repair, technical services, B2B, events and clienteling. 

You will lead a multidisciplinary management team, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience, while working closely with senior Samsung and Stellar stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver strategic priorities and continually improve the venue. 

This is a high-profile leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with outstanding people's leadership, thrives in a complex customer-facing environment and is passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering results.
