Lead Business Systems Analyst F2F INTERVIEW ONLY LOCAL 

Introduction:

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into user stories, and owning backlog prioritization. They will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Client Services, and IT teams to support UAT, QA, implementation, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Own backlog prioritization with Product Owner.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Client Services, and IT teams.
• Support UAT, QA, implementation, and production support.
• Drive delivery throughout the Agile SDLC.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills / Technical Stack:

• 6-8+ years as Business Systems Analyst (Financial Services / Buy-Side preferred)
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience
• Strong understanding of Legal contracts, legal terminology, contract metadata & document repositories
• Experience with CLM platforms such as iCertis, DocuSign CLM, Luminance
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, User Stories, Backlog Prioritization, and UAT
• API Integration, Data Mapping, and Systems Architecture skills
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and/or Python
• Experience with GenAI/AI-enabled SDLC
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Investment Compliance
• Domain experience in Trading/Asset Management
