Bid Manager - Prefab and Integrated Solutions

With rapid growth in electrification, an energy transition driven by climate change and explosive growth in connectivity, we're well positioned to solve the world's toughest electrical and mechanical power management challenges.As part of our growth initiative, we are looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end to end development of complex, multi-product bids involving prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions. This role coordinates cross-functional inputs from factories, product lines, estimators, and commercial teams to deliver high quality, compliant, and competitive proposals.The role acts as the central integration point across distributed teams, ensuring alignment of technical solutions, pricing, and delivery strategies to maximise win probability in large-scale, strategic opportunities.Key Duties:Lead planning, execution, and submission of complex prefab and integrated solution bids.Manage bid timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.Coordinate inputs from multiple factories, product lines, and engineering teams.Consolidate estimates from different product groups into a single cohesive offerWork closely with Eaton estimators across product lines to develop accurate and competitive pricing.Ensure consistency in cost assumptions, margins, and risk allocations.Ensure proposals clearly articulate the integrated solution, including prefab designs and delivery models.Oversee development of technical documentation, compliance matrices, execution plans, and commercial submissions.Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to develop winning bid strategies.Define key differentiators for prefabricated and integrated solutions (speed, quality, modularity, cost efficiency).Lead governance processes including approvals, legal review, and risk mitigation.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and contractual obligations.Implement structured bid methodologies and best practices.Develop reusable content for prefab/integrated solutions.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management within electrical engineering and managing complex, multi-scope or integrated solution bids.Exposure to prefabrication, modular construction, or integrated systems is highly desirable.Understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV, power distribution, switchgear, etc.).Familiarity with estimating practices across multiple product lines.Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineer or a related field.What We Offer:Free on-site parkingHybrid workingCompetitive salary with access to bonus schemeInclusive working environmentVolunteer daysOutstanding training and development programs for both professional and personal developmentWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
