The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Assume the role of a manager, overseeing technical and operational aspects of the service center. • Ensure adherence to company standards and manage daily operational planning. • Provide expert customer service and consultation from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience (e.g., as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body builder). • Willingness to undertake a mandatory expert examination or already hold a management qualification. • A strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, equal collaborations. • Enthusiasm for our company values and commitment to inclusivity.
