Position Overview
A leading physician-owned neurosurgery group in Phoenix is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient consultations, elective and urgent surgical procedures, and inpatient care, supported by a fully integrated, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $400,000 – $650,000 annually (dependent on experience and training)
Incentives: Productivity-based RVU bonus and profit-sharing opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with neurological disorders requiring surgical intervention.
- Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures based on training and clinical expertise.
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.
- Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies to guide clinical decision-making.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR.
- Participate in shared call coverage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentorship, research, or leadership opportunities as desired.
Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Eligible for hospital privileges
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Preferred
- Fellowship training in a neurosurgical subspecialty (Spine, Cerebrovascular, Functional, Skull Base, Pediatrics, or similar)
- Experience practicing in a multidisciplinary or integrated healthcare environment
- Interest in clinical research, physician leadership, or resident education
