MarTech Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to support marketing transformation initiatives for UK stakeholders. The role involves assessing marketing capabilities, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping clients optimize their marketing technology, data, and customer engagement strategies.

• Conduct marketing diagnostics and capability assessments.
• Support MarTech, CRM, CDP, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Analyze customer and campaign data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams to drive business outcomes.

3+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, MarTech, Customer Experience, or Analytics, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
