About the Role

Givveo Technologies Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic engineering graduate who combines technical aptitude, customer communication, analytical thinking and presentation skills.

The Technical Solutions & Proposal Engineer will act as a bridge between customer requirements and Givveo's engineering teams.

The selected candidate will interact with customers, understand their manufacturing and automation requirements, coordinate with internal technical teams, develop solution concepts, prepare technical presentations and proposals, and support the opportunity from initial enquiry through project handover.

This is a technical/application engineering position and not a conventional sales role.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Requirement Understanding

• Communicate with customers to understand new project requirements.
• Participate in online and face-to-face technical discussions.
• Visit customer manufacturing facilities for requirement studies when required.
• Understand the customer's existing process, component, quality issue and automation requirement.
• Collect drawings, specifications, images, videos, samples, cycle-time requirements and other technical information.
• Prepare structured requirement documents and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Identify missing technical information and coordinate with customers for clarification.

Technical Solution Development

Work with Givveo's Machine Vision, Controls, Robotics, Mechanical and Software teams to develop solutions involving:

• Machine Vision Systems
• Vision-Based Metrology
• AI-Based Visual Defect Inspection
• Vision-Guided Robotics
• Industrial Robotics
• Special Purpose Machines
• PLC / HMI / SCADA
• Embedded Systems
• IoT
• Process Automation

The engineer will support development of:

• System concepts
• Process flow
• Inspection methodology
• Automation sequence
• System architecture
• Block diagrams

• Mechanical automation concepts
• Software/database architecture

Technical Presentation Preparation

• Prepare professional customer presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Convert technical information into clear and attractive solution presentations.
• Prepare process-flow diagrams and system architecture diagrams.
• Prepare conceptual layouts and solution methodology.
• Prepare presentations for customer technical meetings, POCs and demonstrations.
• Present proposed solutions internally and, after gaining experience, directly to customers.

Technical Proposal Preparation

Prepare professional technical proposals covering:

• Customer requirement
• Project objective
• Proposed solution
• Technical methodology
• Scope of supply
• System architecture
• Hardware configuration
• Software requirements
• Inspection/automation sequence
• Deliverables
• Customer scope
• Givveo scope
• Assumptions
• Exclusions
• Project schedule
• Installation and commissioning
• Acceptance criteria

Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors to obtain the required technical information.

Support management in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

Lead & Proposal Coordination

• Maintain enquiry and proposal status.
• Track proposal submission deadlines.
• Follow up internally for technical inputs.
• Maintain proposal revisions.
• Maintain customer clarification and action points.
• Coordinate POC requirements.
• Track submitted proposals and next actions.
• Maintain accurate information in the company's CRM/project-management system.

Project Handover

After receipt of an order:

• Consolidate the final customer requirement.
• Verify the agreed technical scope.
• Prepare the project handover package.
• Communicate customer commitments and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct internal handover with the Technical Operations & Project team.
• Support technical clarifications during project execution when required.

Employment Terms

Probation Period: 6 months
