About the role

This hands on role combines technical expertise with day to day technical leadership and mentoring. You will play a key role in translating product strategy into high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions while guiding and uplifting a team of Software Engineers.

Working closely with Product, Architecture, Delivery and QA, you'll contribute across the full stack (.NET C#, Azure, SQL Server and modern front-end framework React) within an agile environment.

You will take ownership of technical design and delivery, champion best practices, maintain high code quality and security standards, and provide clear technical direction.

Beyond delivery, you'll be a trusted technical mentor, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture, driving continuous improvement, and influencing technical roadmaps.

This role offers meaningful impact on product quality and system reliability, with clear progression opportunities into senior leadership or specialist architecture roles.
