The Role • Manage customer inquiries, providing technical advice and service. • Conduct vehicle diagnostics and service appointments. • Actively promote and sell service offerings. • Schedule and allocate repair work. • Prepare cost estimates and manage warranty and guarantee claims. • Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Service Advisor or a technical background in the automotive industry. • Experience in commercial vehicle technology, preferably with knowledge of vehicle electrics. • Several years of relevant professional experience. • Proficient in MS Office and SAP. • Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and negotiation abilities. • High levels of commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
