Lead SRE - Platform Reliability & Scale

Heidi, based in Melbourne, is building the future of healthcare with clinician focused AI. The role sits in the core Platform/SRE team that owns production; you'll lead a small SRE team today, grow it as Heidi scales, and stay hands on in incident response, on call, and system reliability.

You'll shape how the team operates, hire and onboard as headcount grows, ensure deployments and runbooks are safe, and collaborate with engineers on production readiness.
