Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with strong Incident Handling/Production Support experience to lead the design, development, and support of large-scale SaaS applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Java development experience
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and distributed systems
  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Production Support / Incident Handling / L3 Support / On-call experience
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Splunk, Wavefront, Datadog, or Grafana
  • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and Redis
  • CI/CD, GitHub, JUnit 4/5, Agile/Scrum
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
