• Workday JD: Understand Workday tenants (Sandbox/Preview), navigation, worklets & basic business processes (BP)
• Create Test Strategy, design & execute functional, integration, regression & UAT tests across Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Comp, Payroll or FINS)
• Validate business processes, security/domains, condition rules, calculated fields, and advanced/matrix reports
• Test EIB and Core Connector inbound/outbound integrations; validate data loads & transformations
• Hands-on with a Workday automation tool. Plan & run Workday feature-release regression; maintain the regression suite
