Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, workflows, user needs, and supporting data.
2. Develop requirements specifications, process documentation, user stories, and other project deliverables to support solution development.
3. Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and delivery teams to evaluate solutions, facilitate requirements discussions, and support implementation.
4. Analyze qualitative and quantitative information, measure business or customer outcomes, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, product analysis, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with experience working in Agile environments.
Technical Skills	Requirements Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Modeling, Data Analysis, Process Mapping, Agile, Azure
Business / Domain Skills	Product Management, Business Process Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Gathering, Customer/User Analysis, Business Outcomes & KPIs
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in an Agile product development environment.
2. Experience with modern product discovery, experimentation, customer research, and outcome-focused product development practices.
