QA Tester - OSS AI Testing

Must Have:

1. Min. 5 years of Telecom Domain complete understanding and OSS working hands-on experience
2. Hands-on experience Python, Playwright, Robot Framework (Combination of all skills, not silos)
3. Automation Framework, AI experience (not exposure but hands-on)
4. Proven capability / ability to demonstrate how Automation and Generative AI be used for automating Test case, Test Script (This will be a demo kind of evaluation)

Should have:

1. Test Requirement gathering, coordination with DEV teams to ensure successful QA (shift-lift & automation mindset)
2. Good Communication, ability to show outcome than being just contributor/input provider, of the team
3. Agile Framework Experience, JIRA thoroughness
4. 5 Days in person at office (for NJ based talents) & rest 50% can be remote

Nice To have:

1. Agentic AI Solutioning (or) relevant knowledge to leverage and fast track
