2024 Syteline ERP Techno/Functional Administrator (Infor CSI)

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Syteline ERP Techno/Functional Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize its Infor Syteline (CSI) ERP environment. This individual will play a key role in the company''s upgrade from Syteline 8 to Syteline 10 (on-premises) and will support multiple manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Syteline, experience working within manufacturing environments, and the ability to partner with business users to improve processes, reporting, and overall system performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Infor Syteline (CSI) ERP system.
• Support the organization''s upgrade from Syteline 8 to Syteline 10 (on-premises).
• Administer and support multiple manufacturing sites within the ERP environment.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Syteline modules and system functionality.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to support business processes.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Create and maintain operational and executive reports utilizing SQL and Syteline reporting tools.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support integrations between Syteline and other enterprise applications.
• Assist with user security, system configuration, data integrity, and system performance.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
• Participate in testing, data validation, and deployment activities during the ERP upgrade.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Infor Syteline (CSI) ERP.
• Experience supporting or participating in Syteline upgrades, preferably Version 8 to Version 10.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations or business units.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including:
• SQL queries
• Stored Procedures
• Views
• Data analysis
• Experience developing operational and business reports.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor CSI version 10.
• ERP implementation or upgrade experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including:
• Production
• Inventory
• Purchasing
• Planning
• Shop Floor
• Experience with SSRS or other reporting tools.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or ETL processes.
• Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
