We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join a pivotal team, where you will play a critical role in revolutionizing how strategic workforce planning and operational data are managed and leveraged. What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using cloud-based data orchestration tools and related cloud services.
- Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python.
- Manage and support SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
- Work with tabular data models for advanced analytics.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across planning and reporting platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into analytical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced SQL development and database design expertise.
- Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks.
- Experience with SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Cloud-based data pipeline development and maintenance.
- Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models.
- Familiarity with analytical data models and dimensional modeling.
- Understanding of cloud data platform services and cloud-based data architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of applicable experience required.

- Related tech industry experience.
