Description
Kido is re-imagining what early years education can be. We create inspiring nursery environments where children, families, and teams thrive. Behind every great nursery is a brilliant team, and our People function plays a vital role in supporting, developing, and empowering our colleagues across our 20 nurseries. As part of our Hub team, you are a visible role model for our culture and purpose, setting the standard for how we show up, how we partner with others, and how we make decisions. You will be expected to live and breathe our values every day, helping to translate our purpose into meaningful, consistent people practices that support children, families and teams across our nursery network.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organised, people-focused, and keen to learn.
