Regional Sales Manager

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for our precision tooling and fabrication solutions across an assigned territory. In this role, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage key distributor and OEM accounts, and proactively identify new business opportunities in the sheet metal and fabrication markets. You will provide technical product demonstrations, support customer applications, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong industrial sales experience with manufacturing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage and grow key distributor, OEM, and end-user accounts in assigned territory
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in sheet metal and fabrication markets
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to provide customer-specific tooling solutions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and territory reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategy
• Coordinate with marketing on regional campaigns, trade shows, and customer events
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
