SAP Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy, digital transformation agenda and business objectives
• Own the SAP solution design across SAP ERP on Hana modules, including SD, LE, C4C, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, FI/CO, Integration platforms: SAP PI/PO, CPI, Mulesoft, Analytics: BO / BW / BODS, Syniti, Successfactors
• Lead the development of architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and technical standards
• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies (Integration Suite, Azure, Signavio) and provide recommendations for adoption
• Drive the transition from SAP ECC landscape to S/4HANA, including greenfield/brownfield assessment and roadmap planning

Delivery & Governance

• Provide architectural oversight and governance across all SAP projects, enhancements, and system integrations
• Partner with project managers, functional leads, and external SI partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
• Lead technical design reviews, solution sign-offs, and architectural decision records (ADRs)
• Establish and enforce architecture principles, design patterns, and coding standards across the SAP platform
• Manage and mitigate technical risks across the SAP environment, escalating as appropriate

Integration & Platform

• Design and govern integrations between SAP and third-party platforms including
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated landscapes through robust interface design and monitoring

Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 7 years in an architecture or senior solution design role
• Deep expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA - experience with at least 4 full cycle S/4HANA implementations
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP ERP on Hana modules, including SD, LE, C4C, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, FI/CO, SuccessFactors
• Good analytics knowledge: BO / BW / BODS, Syniti, Tenado
• Platform integration experience: SAP PI/PO, CPI, Mulesoft, Tenad
• Proficiency in SAP architecture frameworks, Activate methodology, and Fit-to-Standard approaches
• Experience in large scale program delivery in complex, multi entity environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
