Mid-Level Business Analyst

Based in Kensington, this hybrid opportunity offers 3 days per week in the office and the chance to work across a range of business transformation initiatives. While initially a 12-month contract, there is strong potential for the role to extend or evolve as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of multiple business and technology projects.


• Gather, analyse and document business requirements while engaging with key stakeholders.


• Coordinate project activities, including planning, tracking and follow-up.


• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ways of working.


• Build strong relationships across the business to support successful project delivery.

About You:

• 2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or similar.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.


• Familiarity with property management platforms (desirable)


• Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI (desired)
