Seasonal Wine Lab Assistant - 3-Shift

The Wine Group is seeking enthusiastic Vintage Laboratory Assistants to join our laboratory team in Loxton for the 2026 vintage season. This full-time seasonal role offers hands-on experience in the wine industry, with a mid January 2026 start and a week duration.

You will perform sampling, testing, and analysis, operate essential lab equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards. Full training is provided, and visa holders are welcome to apply, with flexible shift rosters.
