Lackierer (m/w/d) | Varel, Germany | On-site This employer is a globally recognised leader in aviation, specializing in civil and military aircraft structures and a key partner to major European and international aerospace programs. For their Varel facility, they are seeking a skilled Painter to contribute to their structural components division. The Role • Prepare structural components for painting by cleaning, masking, sanding, and covering work. • Manually or mechanically mix paints, operating automated paint mixing systems. • Perform coating applications on components according to work instructions and technical documentation. • Monitor layer thickness, document measurements, and ensure quality specifications are met. • Remove masking materials after painting, inspect surface quality, and perform necessary post-processing. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Painter and Varnish Technician, Process Mechanic for Coating Technology, or equivalent qualification. • Initial professional experience in industrial painting or surface coating, preferably in a manufacturing setting. • Ability to read technical drawings and work documents precisely. • Independent, quality-focused, and team-oriented work approach. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends. Basic knowledge of SAP or Google Workspace is a plus.
