Lead Workday QA

Role: Lead Workday QA
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Here's the skillset and qualities we're looking for:

• Multi-system data reconciliation - comfort tracing a single record (a person, a transaction) across Workday, Active Directory, Salesforce, and FACTS to find where data diverges
• SQL - to inspect and compare data directly across these systems
• Understanding of identity/HR data concepts - onboarding, termination, leave of absence, rehire workflows, role/job profile mapping
• API testing experience
• Familiarity with async/event-driven systems - the integration relies on a message queue architecture with retries, so sync issues can be timing-related, not just logic bugs
• Azure databases and Application Insights / log analysis - to trace where in the pipeline a sync failed
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g. Claude) for QA work to save time on manual test paperwork
• Strong English communication skills
