Principal Software Engineer (.NET) | Belfast | Hybrid MCS Group is working with a global technology-driven financial services organisation as they continue to grow their Belfast engineering team. This is an opportunity for a Principal Software Engineer to take ownership of technical direction, lead a high-performing engineering team and help shape the architecture of large-scale, business-critical platforms used globally. You'll need strong experience with: C#, .NET / .NET Core and distributed systems Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) REST APIs and event-driven architectures Leading engineering teams in Agile environments Designing scalable, resilient enterprise applications Experience within financial services, trading platforms, FIX protocol, WPF, React or microservices would be beneficial but isn't essential.
