Experience Designer Sr -Banking/Financials

Title - Experience Designer Sr 

Location - Remote, but candidates should be able to go into a hub location listed in case of conversion (Pittsburgh, PA/Cleveland, OH/Dallas, TX/Birmingham, AL/Phoenix, AZ)

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: Transforms complex tasks into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert. Leads and guides the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative and quantitative research. Uncovers customer latent needs and creates vision to meet those needs. Sets the design direction and strategy. Communicates the initiative and product to others, through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes and other materials. Sets the direction for usability of new and existing products, makes adjustments to align with shifting customer expectations. Establish research methods and strategies, conduct studies, and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer experience.. Skills: Digital User Experience Agile Web Development Employee Engagement Data Visualization JavaScript IT Architecture Wireframing Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) Experience: 4-6 years related experience. 

MUST HAVE SKILLS: 
• Lead Experience Design for digital initiatives supporting web &mobile -8yrs 
• Experience working between a Product Owner or Product Manager and Development Staff 
• Expert Level Figma 5+yrs • Prototyping 
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis Expert: User Experience UX Collaboration • User Experience Previous Banking/Investment/Financial Institution-3yrs 
• Agile Methodologies 
• Design with AI 

FLEX SKILLS/Nice to Haves: 
• Capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support. 
• Front End Development
