Description
This is a senior technology operations role focusing on the stability and continuous improvement of a critical enterprise risk management platform. 
The role is hybrid, requiring expertise in production support, data pipelines, and platform engineering. 
The position involves collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure production health and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead triage and resolution of complex production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Manage data platform operations, including data pipeline health and reconciliation discrepancies.
Coordinate production releases and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Drive automation and monitoring improvements to enhance platform health visibility.
Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications
8 years of experience in technology operations, production engineering, or platform DevOps.
Proven ability to resolve complex production issues across distributed architectures.
Strong experience with data platform operations and data reconciliation processes.
Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and ITSM processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
