The Role • Responsible for vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager, overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily work schedules. • Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage customer requests, invoicing, cash handling, and order processing. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit readiness. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of experience as a master automotive technician, mechatronic technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the required certification or already hold Operations Manager certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and basic PC proficiency. • Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
