Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Tampa, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000 + Incentive
We're hiring on behalf of a global biopharmaceutical company with over 70 years of experience dedicated to improving the lives of people with neurological and psychiatric diseases. This organization is committed to advancing brain health and transforming lives through curiosity, adaptability, and accountability.
The Role
• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to develop strategic sales plans and maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in primary care and neurology settings.
• Develop deep expertise in the local market and therapeutic area to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Navigate reimbursement landscapes and effectively address payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory environment policies and FDA regulations.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Proven ability to master disease and product knowledge, with annual certification required.
• Strong self-starter mentality with a tenacious work ethic and exceptional communication skills.
• Adaptability to embrace change and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and overcome challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills for goal setting and business planning.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries (Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Bradenton).
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $126,000 with an incentive target of $40,500.
