The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to develop strategic sales plans and maximize performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in primary care and neurology settings. • Develop deep expertise in the local market and therapeutic area to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement landscapes and effectively address payer access issues. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory environment policies and FDA regulations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales. • Proven ability to master disease and product knowledge, with annual certification required. • Strong self-starter mentality with a tenacious work ethic and exceptional communication skills. • Adaptability to embrace change and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and overcome challenges. • Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills for goal setting and business planning. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries (Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Bradenton). • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
