Role Descriptions:

About the Role

• We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full technology stack. You should have strong backend expertise in Python or Java, experience building modern frontend applications with React, and a passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable software.
• Experience with Elasticsearch is highly desirable. Knowledge of LangChain, Large Language Models (LLMs), and vector embeddings is considered a strong bonus.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build robust backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible frontend components using React.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and service integrations.
• Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize data access patterns.
• Work with Elasticsearch for indexing, search, aggregations, and performance optimization.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and mentoring of junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, cloud deployments, monitoring, and operational best practices.

 

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with significant full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and/or Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, authentication and authorization, and API security.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong experience building modern frontend applications using React.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and debugging skills.

 

Elasticsearch Experience

• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including index design and management.
• Strong understanding of Query DSL, aggregations, and relevance tuning.
• Experience optimizing Elasticsearch queries and search performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot indexing, search latency, cluster, and performance-related issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with message brokers or streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of observability, logging, monitoring, and application performance management.
• Experience with LangChain, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or vector embeddings.

 

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
