About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage key projects and workstreams across a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, budgets, schedules, and workstreams.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement.
• Track project KPIs, productivity metrics, progress, and variances; provide regular status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple time zones.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and project governance.
• Partner with Engineering and Resource Managers for project staffing and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and financial regulations.
• Perform project-related data analysis and support business decision-making.
• Identify project risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Present project status and recommendations effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments.
• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Experience in process improvement, business transformation, and business analysis.
• Strong stakeholder, resource, risk, change, and project management skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams and resources across multiple time zones.
• Experience working in regulated industries, preferably Financial Services.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Project certification such as PMP/APMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, SAFe, or equivalent is preferred/required.
