Project Engineer - Data center # 26-17417

Duration: 12+ months contract with potential for FTE conversion

Job Description:

• Engineering & Construction (E&C) division is seeking a Project Engineer to support data center power projects.
• This role will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of projects from due diligence through project completion.
• Responsibilities include supporting internal stakeholders, managing external engineering resources and deliverables, coordinating internal engineering resources and SME support, and providing technical leadership throughout project execution.
• This position reports to the Engineering Lead of Data Center Project Engineering.
• Successful candidates will work across multidisciplinary teams to support standardized, high-quality, and timely project delivery in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Employees in this role make decisions and recommendations having significant impact on major engineering and related project activities for the company.
• This position is expected to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate internal and external engineering support for successful project delivery.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission-critical projects is preferred.
• Data center or power delivery background is preferred.
• Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Self-starter, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil, or related discipline).
