Junior Brand Manager (m/w/d)

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Support the development and implementation of assortment and pricing strategies, continuously identifying revenue potentials.
• Analyze performance, trends, and competitors, deriving concrete recommendations for action.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to retail products, assortments, planograms, and merchandising.
• Collaborate on optimizing sales spaces, supporting assortment changes, promotions, and product launches within retail concepts.
• Work closely with internal departments like purchasing, marketing, and operations, as well as external partners.
• Assist in creating guidelines and documentation for effective point-of-sale implementation.

What You'll Need

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of key performance indicators and excellent analytical skills.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdepartmental collaboration.
• A hands-on mentality and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
