The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs. • Build product displays and end caps. • Reset shelves with product rotation to ensure optimal stock management. • Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Act as a brand ambassador in retail environments. What You'll Need • Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. • Be 21 years or older. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Preferably have experience in sales, but not required; training is provided. • Possess reliable transportation to and from work locations. • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Be a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
