Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server (query writing, debugging, performance tuning) • Experience providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications • Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, backend services, and data layers • Experience with incident management and root cause analysis • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools • Experience working in structured environments with SLAs and KPIs • Strong troubleshooting mindset with ability to quickly isolate issues across application and database layers • Effective communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
