Job Title: Engagement Manager – Data and (P&C Insurance)

Location: USA- Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead large-scale Data initiatives for clients in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, engage with business and technology stakeholders, drive digital transformation, and ensure successful execution of data modernization programs involving cloud platforms, AI/ML, and enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead multiple Data & Analytics projects for P&C Insurance clients.

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors.

·         Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

·         Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

·         Collaborate with business, data engineering teams.

·         Lead cloud data modernization initiatives using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

·         Understand P&C insurance business processes.

·         Ensure governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards are met.

·         Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

·         Mentor delivery teams and foster continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

·         15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program or Engagement management.

·         Strong experience managing enterprise Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.

·         Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other P&C Insurance platforms.

·         Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures

·         Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

·         Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

·         Experience managing onsite and offshore delivery teams.
