Job Details:
Seeking a Senior-level Generative AI Developer / AI Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
This role will focus on building production-grade GenAI applications, including RAG solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.
The ideal candidate has delivered at least one end-to-end Generative AI implementation and can clearly explain the business problem, technical approach, architecture decisions, and measurable outcomes.
IAM, cybersecurity, or identity experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise Generative AI solutions from concept through production
Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms
Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and LLM integration
Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows to automate complex business processes
Develop scalable AI services and APIs using Python-based technologies
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions
Evaluate AI models, tools, and frameworks to determine the best technical approach
Support production deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI applications

Required Qualifications

Senior-level experience building and delivering Generative AI applications
Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle GenAI project (design, development, deployment)
Strong Python development experience
Hands-on experience with: (most of these)
  • RAG architectures
  • LLM integrations
  • Prompt engineering
  • AI agents / autonomous agents
  • Vector databases and embeddings
  • API development
Experience building AI services using technologies such as:
  • FastAPI
  • Docker
  • Cloud platforms
  • Microservices architectures
Ability to articulate:
  • The business problem solved
  • Why GenAI was selected
  • Architecture and design decisions
  • Deployment strategy
  • Business impact

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM, cybersecurity, identity governance, or security automation
