The Role • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. • Support the Store Manager in efficiently guiding daily operations and leading the team. • Manage all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Process incoming goods, stock displays, and monitor product expiry dates. • Replenish produce and bakery items, ensuring freshness. • Handle cashier duties, stockroom tasks, and general cleaning. What You'll Need • Drive and enthusiasm to contribute to a high-performing team. • Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience. • Friendly demeanour and enjoyment in customer interaction. • A proactive and meticulous approach to tasks. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
