Must-Have Hands-on Production Support experience in SAP Treasury Cash Management within a live, high-volume environment including ownership of urgentpriority incidents (not project-implementation-only experience) Strong working knowledge of payment file processing (generation, transmission, errorfailure handling) and EBS (Electronic Bank Statement) configuration, reconciliation, and troubleshooting Practical exposure to GCC (Global Cash Concentration) structures, bank account management, and bank connectivity issues Demonstrated business consulting orientation stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into system solutions Ability to independently diagnose, prioritize, and resolve production issues under SLA time pressure

Good-to-Have SAP S4HANA Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) module knowledge Experience in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated global environment Exposure to Positive Pay, ACH, and Lockbox processing Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and ITIL-aligned support processes

SN Responsibility of Expectations from the Role

1 Own and manage day-to-day Production Support for SAP Treasury processes, including urgentpriority incidents

2 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment files, EBS processing, and GCC bank connectivity

3 Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into sustainable, business-aligned solutions

4 Monitor batch jobs and interfaces relevant to treasury processes proactively identify and prevent recurring issues

5 Document root-cause analysis and maintain knowledge articles for recurring incidents

6 Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, banking partners, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of critical issues

7 Support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within the treasury landscape while maintaining production stability
