The Role • Nurture, build, and cultivate direct-to-senior and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities. • Develop and execute local community events to reach ideal patients, such as medically underserved, Medicare-eligible seniors. • Cultivate strong relationships with health plan agents, insurance agents, social workers, and senior housing managers to promote the organization as a top provider choice. • Schedule sales meetings and build referral relationships with brokers and the senior community. • Utilize marketing and sales tools, including CRM, to manage leads, document interactions, and identify solutions for new customers. • Engage with new patients beyond their first appointment to foster retention and address any concerns. What You'll Need • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, with experience working with seniors and an understanding of Medicare Advantage being a plus. • Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation, probing, closing skills, and objection handling. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and present confidently. • Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 75%.
