Job Description
A multi-award winning Company, and a world leader in Environmental Test Solutions, are looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer to provide pre and post sales technical support to customers while supporting the production test areas in fault finding and production resolution.
The role is multi faceted - liaising with internal and external customers, assisting the marketing team with any product or technical changes within the range while keeping an eye on the production line making sure the testing, mechanical fitting and assembly are all fit for purpose - all this under the support and encouragement of the Senior technical team.
£55,000 per annum - and half day on Friday!
Comprehensive benefit package including generous pension contributions and private health - group profit shares of over £2k+
A good understanding of PLC/HMI control systems is essential.
