As a Clouds Engineer, you will work with a team of highly skilled engineers and architects to manage and support the infrastructure and cloud technologies for clients in Australia. The team consists of a mix of technology coverages to complement each other in a highly effective delivery and operations team. Work will include local datacentre / cloud and occasional regional travel opportunities. You will be joining a community of engineers and architects who share the same experience and focus on the technology to work together across the AU datacentre and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Perform daily system checks to verify system integrity and availability
• Mentor and support associates in daily tasks and troubleshooting
• Manage changes and project activities, and communicate with impacted stakeholders
• Support installation and maintenance of 3rd party solutions, layered software, and cloud infrastructure
• Evaluate, update, and improve project documentation
• Develop and deploy automation tools to optimise daily activities
• Provide all level of support per service request

We are looking for you to be an experienced Engineer with a solid background on current technologies, also not afraid to explore and take on new challenges. We are always looking at ways of improving how we work; therefore, you'll be someone who is an innovative thinker with real attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

You will be a supportive team player, with the ability to build effective working relationships with individuals across varying locations, and level of technical aptitude.

Key skills, but not limited to:

• Microsoft 365 and Azure stack
• Microsoft On-Premises stack (Server and Client)
• Advanced Networking Configuration & Troubleshooting (min. CCNA)
• Domain and DNS Management
• Enterprise Security Products (Crowdstrike, Trend, or equivalent)
• Scripting including PowerShell / infrastructure as code using VS / Terraform or similar
• Relevant experience in VMware / PureStorage / Cisco
