Fleet Product Manager

Role- Fleet Product Development Business/Product Analyst/ Manager

Location- Plano, TX-Hybrid

Duration- 12+ Months

Core responsibility:
Work closely with Fleet business teams to understand customer and dealer needs, define requirements, and drive implementation of new fleet financing and servicing solutions from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Fleet business stakeholders, product managers, operations, technology, finance, risk, legal/compliance and dealers to identify business needs.
• Gather and translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Support development of new fleet financing, leasing and business-vehicle solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze existing fleet processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization and operational improvement.
• Coordinate with technology teams through design, development, testing, implementation and production rollout.
• Manage requirements, backlog, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and present recommendations to business leadership.
• Develop business cases using customer, operational and financial data.
• Support UAT, launch readiness, training and post-launch measurement.
• Track KPIs and customer/business outcomes after implementation and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with TFS governance, security, compliance and enterprise architecture requirements.
