Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Establish, maintain, and improve QA processes, testing standards, quality metrics, and testing methodologies to support consistent quality outcomes across multiple applications.

Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, test plans, and procedures covering functional, regression, integration, system, performance, smoke, and other applicable testing activities.

Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore teams, serve as the primary onsite testing contact for releases, mentor QA team members, and collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams.

Diagnose and track defects through resolution, support production cutover and release testing, evaluate application testability, and coordinate performance testing and other quality activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

10+ years of overall experience, with at least 7 years in software testing or quality assurance, including hands-on test engineering and web application testing. Experience with test planning, defect management, relational databases, QA process improvement, and onsite-offshore team coordination.

Technical Skills:

Manual Testing, Test Automation, Selenium, QTP, SQL, Relational Databases, JIRA, Web Application Testing, Performance Testing, XML Schema Validation

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting enterprise marketing technology environments involving multiple interconnected web applications and digital marketing platforms.

Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.

Experience testing marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, including campaign management, customer engagement workflows, and marketing data integrations.

Experience coordinating quality assurance activities across business analysts, engineering teams, and onsite and offshore testing resources to support enterprise application releases.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, or related marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Knowledge of web services testing, XML schema validation, multi-tier web application architecture, and application deployment processes.

Quality assurance certifications and experience developing scalable testing processes, mentoring team members, and improving test automation practices are beneficial.
